This website

These pages are static files. They set no cookies, load nothing from any third party, and run no analytics, tag manager or tracking pixel. Nothing you do here is recorded against you.

If you type an email address into a "Start free" field, it is added to the link that takes you to the signup page on this same host. The website itself stores nothing and sends it nowhere else.

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the referring page — which we use to understand which pages are read. They are not linked to any identity by the website.

If you create an account

Signing up collects your name, your work email address, your company name and a password. The password is hashed; we never see it. That is the whole of what is required to start.

Data you put into the product

A CRM holds information about other people — your customers and contacts. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor: it is yours, we hold it on your behalf, and we do not use it for anything other than providing the service to you.

We do not sell it. We do not share it with other customers. We do not use it to train models for anyone else.

If you connect a mailbox or a messaging number, the messages you choose to sync are stored against the relevant contact so your team can see the history. You control which accounts are connected and can disconnect them.

Who else touches it

A small number of suppliers necessarily process data on our behalf: Amazon Web Services in Singapore for hosting and outbound email, and — only if you connect them — Google or Microsoft for mailbox synchronisation. Nothing is passed to an advertising network, because we do not run any advertising or analytics on this site.

How long we keep it

Your records stay for as long as your account is open. If you close your account, ask us to delete your data and we will; ask us for an export first and we will provide one. Access logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated away.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw consent for us to hold it. Write to crm@justlogin.com and we will respond.

A named data protection officer and a stated response time belong here. Both are pending — see the about page — and this page will name them rather than leave them implied.
